Nortel NetworksOn-Line Consultants have been writing whole suites of customer handbooks on a continuous basis for Nortel Networks (and their predecessors) since 1989. Our staff have built good working relationships with subject matter experts, verification engineers and documentation managers within Nortel Networks. We provide additional support to existing Documentation Groups within Nortel Networks in the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Canada. Although we report into our Client's documentation managers, we often manage the documentation of complete projects. This alleviates the pressure on our Client's resources and enables us to be more effective by directly liaising with our ultimate customer within the Organisation. Our flexibility and 'can-do' approach means that we are successful in seamlessly integrating our work with global project developments across time zones.
