Our staff...

On-Line Consultants have a permanent-staff core of Technical Writers (Authors) who are both highly qualified and have hands-on experience in the industries for which we write documentation. We all have between four and fifteen years technical writing experience.

Furthermore, we are all technology enthusiasts both in and out of the office, which means we are deeply interested in the work we do. We have a broad skill set because of this and have experts in a wide range of disciplines from communications networking to web design, graphic design and multimedia.

Our close-knit teamwork approach creates very rapid results by deploying more than one Author on a task. We never leave a project exposed to delays caused by sickness or holidays. We have additional editorial and DTP staff off-site who assist with any less technical tasks such as document re-formatting or editing.
